CandiHire is an AI-powered interview preparation and job search platform that provides services including but not limited to resume analysis, ATS optimization, mock interviews, adaptive assessments, job alerts, portfolio generation, and mentorship resources.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By using CandiHire, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

CandiHire offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features at any time with prior notice.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CandiHire uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, interview questions, resume suggestions, and career insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed independently by users before making career decisions.

7. No Employment Guarantee

CandiHire provides tools and guidance to improve job readiness. However, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or employment of any kind.

8. User Content

By uploading resumes, job descriptions, portfolio materials, and other content, you grant CandiHire a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, designs, content, and proprietary technologies on the Platform are the exclusive property of CandiHire and its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping, uploading malicious content, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Platform for unlawful purposes.

CandiHire may integrate with third-party platforms such as job boards, payment processors, analytics providers, and AI services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or secure. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CandiHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or employment opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CandiHire, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Platform or its users.
